This policy page governs the manner in which Suchitro refunds the money and cancels the services with our customers / users and interns.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying / opting for it, it provides all the details about the services we provide.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, our customers, clients and interns have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients, customers and interns.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund up to 50% of the total deal. However, a proper investigation will be put on place before the refund process is initiated.

If paid by credit card / payment gateway, refunds will be issued to the bank account, the details being provided by the clients / customers / interns at the time of refund and in case of wallet transfer, refund will be made to the same account from which the amount was transferred only after the details have been confirmed by the clients / customers / interns.

LaughaLaughi has the discretion to update this policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage our customers, clients and interns to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. We will inform all our business partners when we will make any change to this policy after which the policy will be put to live on approval of the business partners.
